- A redesigned, searchable public language directory and downloadable source/wheel artifacts.

## Verification results

- PASS — primary JSON data and schema files parsed successfully.
- PASS — EvoLex structural validation: 10 concepts, 29 locales, 290 entries, zero structural errors.
- PASS — validator explicitly warns that all 290 lexicalizations need native-speaker review.
- PASS — wheel built without runtime dependencies and installed into an isolated temporary virtual environment; runtime and glossary validation smoke tests passed.
- PASS — source archive integrity check.
- Wheel SHA-256: `a27504fee262eea8b1a153147d1fc634301a92580474a14f6055b3fc9de9f657`.

## Scope and limitations

This is not a complete legal inventory of every national, regional, indigenous, minority, or sign-language official status. The African Union source includes an open-ended clause for any other African language. Registry status is scoped to the cited institutions and is not inferred from locale codes. No native-speaker reviews have yet been recorded. OERSI Flow and the lexical candidates are not approved for production execution without further review.
